The amount you consume is going to affect how you feel, and it’s important to do what you can to limit the amount of alcohol you have per day or week. If you’re someone who might have a glass of wine with your meal every evening, you might want to have some alcohol-free days. It can be good to detox your body from alcohol every now and again, even though it can be hard to give up when a lot of situations in a social environment will involve alcohol. It’s good to flush out your system of all the bad toxins that alcohol contains, as well as it effectively being poison for your body.
